All Orders will be delivered using the service as detailed here at the time of ordering. BeautyFlex has the right to fluctuate any prices in proportion with its costs for shipping. Customers must request any other delivery method at the time of order.
Standard Delivery UK
We use Royal Mail to safely deliver your parcel. Delivery dates and times are provided by RM from the time we confirm Dispatch of your order.
Please also be reminded that whilst we make every effort to ensure a timely dispatch we rely on third party services like RM to complete the shipping process. Thus, delivery times are an Estimate only and can be subject to delays or changes, However, Royal Mail has a successful delivery rate of over 97%.
Our order cutoff time is 2:00 pm GMT (Monday to Friday), All orders placed before cutoff time will be dispatched the same working day and order placed after the cutoff time will be dispatched the next working day.
Tracking codes will be generated and sent via email.
During processing we will also look for any issues related to stock availability. In the event that an item is out of stock - we will notify you as soon as possible via email; this also may cause a delay in the shipping time frame specified above.
We do not dispatch orders on the weekends and Bank Holidays.

If you have placed an order and received a shipping confirmation; you have until 12noon the next day (your dispatch day) to request a cancellation before you are charged for shipping fees (if paid). If your cancellation is received after 12noon on the dispatch day - your parcel will have entered the delivery network and it may be too late to retrieve the parcel and you will be charged for the cost of shipping (if paid).
Cancellations which are not due to a defect or discrepancy are only accepted if the Customer complies with the following cancellation procedure and then follows the Returns Procedure outlined below in returns.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with seal, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return costs are paid by the customer except when the return is due to a wrong item (different from original order) or a damaged item received.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refund is for items only (Delivery Cost is not refundable) except when the return is due to a wrong item (different from original order) or a damaged item received.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Hair Extensions, Wigs, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and cosmetic products that are opened, used or where protective seal is removed (this applies to products that come with a seal, where as some products do not have a seal). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
